Architectural Review

Any change made to the exterior of your home or property is subject to prior approval by Fairfax Crossing Unit Owner's Association, Inc.  This is typically done by submission of an Architectural Change Request application form to the management agent, which is then reviewed and determined acceptability.

 

All applications should follow the guidance contained in the appropriate adopted Architectural Guidelines.
